2. What data we collect
Through the sign-up form we collect the following data: the parent's/guardian's full name, phone number and email address; the gymnast's full name and personal ID number (EGN); the chosen location; and the preferred sign-up date.Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, subject and message text.Автоматично събирани данни: IP адрес, тип на браузъра, операционна система и данни от hCaptcha (CAPTCHA), които се използват за защита от автоматизирани заявки.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – data from the sign-up form is used to register gymnasts with the club and to arrange trial sessions.Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – data from the contact form is processed in order to respond to your enquiries.Съгласие (чл. 6, пар. 1, б. „а“ от GDPR) — за използване на бисквитки и технологии за сигурност (hCaptcha).
4. Third parties and data processors
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. 5. Retention period
Data from the sign-up form is kept for the duration of the gymnast's membership of the club and for up to 1 year after it ends, unless the law requires a longer period.Data from the contact form is kept for up to 6 months after the correspondence ends.Automatically collected data (logs) is kept for up to 90 days.
6. Your rights

The club works mainly with children and minors. Gymnasts' data (including their personal ID number) is collected only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who completes the sign-up form.We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
10. Changes to the policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy when necessary. If there are significant changes, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new last-updated date.
