By completing the sign-up form, the parent or guardian declares that the data provided is true and accurate.Signing up through the site is a preliminary request. Final enrolment is confirmed after a trial session and signing the necessary documents in person.The parent or guardian is responsible for keeping the data provided up to date and must notify the club of any changes.
