Movement, music and joy for every age – from 3 to 50+.
Gymnastics for All is the most accessible discipline in the gymnastics family. No competitive pressure, no level requirements – just movement, music and joy. Suitable for every age: from 3-year-olds to adults over 50. The programmes are shows – with striking costumes, music and gymnastics elements performed in a group. For the youngest, it's also the path to rhythmic gymnastics – first steps, play and basics that prepare them for competitive sport from age 5–6.
FORMATS
Two types: gymnastics with dance, and gymnastics with apparatus (banners, flags, flowers, balls, hoops, ribbons, ropes and more). Groups are small (2–10), medium (11–20) or large (over 21 participants).
WHO IT'S FOR
Up to 7 · 8–11 · 12–18 · 19–49 · 50+. Truly for everyone – there's no age limit and no previous experience is needed.
HOW IT'S JUDGED
The score covers entertainment value, innovation, originality, technique, quality of performance and overall impression. Here, the show comes first.
WHERE THEY PERFORM
World Gymnaestradas, and international and national festivals, both competitive and showcase. The focus is on enjoyment and performance, not just rankings.
