Great progress for our little graces Dara Krasteva, Gabriela Krastanova, Simona Stoilova and Bilyana Zafirova at the Category A National Championship for pre-juniors.
At last our girls overcame their biggest competition – their own fears. At last we saw most of their routines performed without errors on the competition carpet. We are proud of you, girls!
The results quickly followed, with places in two of the finals.
Gabriela and Dara made the rope final, and Gabi also the ball final.
They were also reserves for the hoop and ribbon finals, which is a good achievement too.
11th place in the all-around for Gabi, 12th for Dara and 53rd for Simona. Bibi had the club's fourth-best score and was left out of the rankings, but made a good impression with her body work.
And if you think this is easy to achieve, you're very much mistaken. For us, this placing is a huge step forward for these children. 71 children from all over the country took part in this competition.
Keep it up, girls, and the results will come – slowly but surely.
